THIS IS THE HISTORY OF THE GENESIS FLEET

In the beginning there was much confusion and lack of communication throughout the galaxy then, on a cold day in October 1998 an idea was struck and on that day was born GENESIS FLEET. One of the key people that laid the groundwork for the Genesis Fleet was Admiral Joe Bob (ret). There were others including Admiral Bill Larson who then took the helm as the Fleet Admiral and the then Fleet Captain George Topper.

The Fleet started out with only two ships the USS Merrimac Commanded by Capt Carl Rumpler and the USS Vindicator Commanded by Captain George Topper. The fleet was growing by leaps and bounds with the admission of the USS Victorious Commanded by Captain Mark Anderson, the USS Alliance Commanded by Captain Les Strawn and the USS Myrddin Commanded by Captain Max Schoenfeld. Then there was a need for space station that was grand enough to house the many that were not yet assigned to a Star Ship and that station was Deep Space 20 Commanded by Captain Calvin Roe.

9909.01  Admiral Larson and Commodore Topper have been reassigned to duties elsewhere.

9909.05  Captain K’Vor has been reassigned to diplomatic duties and assigned to the Shadow fleet.

9909.06  The USS Vindicator under the command of Commodore Topper has been reassigned to another fleet.

9910.12  The USS Merrimac under the command of Captain Carl Rumpler has been reassigned to another fleet.

9911.01  Deep Space 20 has been designated as a docking station for shipping purposes and assigned to Civilian control and no longer under the command of the Genesis Fleet.

9912.11  Captain Mark Anderson has been assigned to the position of Fleet Captain and the USS Victorious is designated as command ship of Genesis Fleet.

9912.11  The Captain and crew of the of the Excelsior class USS Victorious were reassigned to the newly constructed Sovereign class USS Atlantis.  Starfleet Operations granted special dispensation to change the name to USS Victorious in honor of its predecessors’ 70 years of service.

0005.27  The Captain of the USS Myrddin Max Schoenfled was arrested and put on trial in a Klingon court.  Captain Max was defended by Fleet Captain Mark Anderson, with Captain Les Strawn as co counsel.  After a long fought court battle Captain Max was found guilty.  In order to keep interstellar peace the normal sentence of death was  commuted and Captain Max was ordered to pay restitution.

0008.26  The first Genesis Fleet ship challenge was held. All ships of the fleet participated.  After a long and hard fought contest the results were, 1st place went to the USS Alliance, 2nd place went to the USS Myrddin and 3rd place to the USS Victorious.

0009.16  The USS Odyssey NCC-9306 joins the Genesis Fleet from Westland, Michigan. Captain Dane P. Bohr commanding.

0011.04  The USS Victorious NCC-40967-A completes it’s first five year mission. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0104.21  The USS Alliance NCC-1204-A Completes seven years of service. Captain Les Strawn commanding.

0106.06  The Genesis Fleet members approve new logo.  Old Logo retired. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0108.31  1st Annual Genesis Fleet conference. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0109.16  The USS Odyssey NCC-9306 Completes 1 year of service with the Genesis Fleet.Captain Dane Bohr Commanding.

0110.27  The Klingon vessel Shadowfire is decommissioned and a new fleet is formed. The Chancellors own, Brigadier Maltz Commanding.

0111.04  The USS Victorious NCC-40967-A Completes it’s sixth year. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0201.26  The USS Myrddin NCC-72172-A changes Ship Class to An Akira Class Vessel, NCC-72172-B. Captain Max Schoenfeld commanding.

0204.26  The USS Alliance NCC-1204-A Completes eight years of service. Captain Les Strawn commanding.

0206.22  The USS Odyssey NCC-9306 Takes 1st place in Fleet ship challenge. The USS Myrddin takes 2nd place, the USS Alliance takes 3rd Place and the USS Victorious takes 4th place. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0207.20  Command of the USS Alliance NCC-1204-A is transferred to Commander JJ Hill.  USS Alliances mission changed from a patrol vessel to a mission specialty ship and undergoes a total refit.  New mission has been classified by order of Starfleet Command.  Although this is a secondary duty position for Commander JJ Hill she will be in command when ever the USS Alliance is underway.  Genesis Station commissioned and former USS Alliance Captain Les Strawn given command to oversee finial construction and assignment of personnel.  Commander JJ Hill assigned as Chief Medical Officer of Genesis Station, her primary duty position.  Fleet Captain Mark Anderson Commanding.

0207.31  The USS Starstalker NCC-2117-B under command of Captain Shane Wymer and the USS Veritas NCC-83170 under the command of Captain Kevin Reid are assigned to the Genesis Fleet as new fleet ships.Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0211.04  The USS Victorious NCC-40967-A Completes it’s Seventh year. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0304.12  The USS Victorious, USS Alliance, USS Myrddin along with Fleet Commander Maltz, and two other Klingon representivies take part in the Genesis Fleet Captains challenge. Fleet Commander Maltz wins the Archery and Captain Strawn wins the axe throw. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0304.26  The USS Alliance NCC-1201-A completes it’s Ninth year. Captain Les Strawn is lost saving the Genesis Station.  USS Alliance changes command to Acting Captain JJ Hill. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0304.26  The Genesis Station placed under the command of  Acting Captain Darrell Morrison.Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0305.18  The Defiant class USS Gasparilla NCC-74400 Completes it’s 1st year.  Captain James Muench commanding.

0305.31  Commander JJ Hill is promoted to Captain and given permanent Command of the USS Alliance NCC-1201-A.  Commander Darrell Morrison is promoted to Captain and given permanent Command of the Genesis Station. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0407.31  The USS Eye of Ra is commissioned and assigned to the Genesis Fleet.Captain Darrell Morrison commanding.

0408.28  The USS Myrddin NCC-72172 is assigned to other Operations by StarFleet Command and is unassigned from the Genesis Fleet. Captain Max Schoenfeld commanding.

0411.04  The USS Victorious NCC-40967-A completes it’s 9th year of service. Fleet Captain Mark Anderson commanding.

0501.18  Captain Les Strawn retires as Commander of Genesis Station.

0501.20  The USS Gasparilla NCC-74400 is assigned to other Operations by StarFleet Command and is unassigned from the Genesis Fleet. Captain James Muench commanding.

0502.09  Commander Dave Lowe assigned as Commander of Genesis Station.

0504.12  Commander Dave Lowe has been assigned as Commander of the USS MacArthur.  The USS MacArthur has been assigned to the Genesis Fleet.  Commander Dave Lowe commanding.

0504.23  The USS Alliance NCC-1201-A Completes it’s Eleventh year of service. Captain JJ Hill commanding.

0505.21  Commander Matt Richmond assigned as Commander of Genesis Station.

0506.26 Commander Dave Lowe is promoted to the rank of Captain. Captain Dave Lowe Commanding.

0507.24   The USS Alliance takes 1st place in Fleet ship challenge. The USS Eye of Ra takes 2nd place, the IMV Drunken Warrior takes 3rd Place and the USS Victorious takes 4th place.   RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0507.30  The USS Eye of Ra NCC-74400 Completes it’s first year of service. Captain Darrell Morrison commanding.

0509.16   The USS Odyssey NCC-9306 Completes 5 years of service with the Genesis Fleet. Captain Dane Bohr Commanding.

0511.04  The USS Victorious NCC-40967-A completes it’s 10th year of service. RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0602.01   The USS Odyssey NCC-9306 is decommissioned and is removed from service with the Genesis Fleet. Captain Dane Bohr is transferred to the Fleet position Chief of Staff.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0602.10   The USS MacArthur changes is name to the ISS MacArthur and will now be a mirror universe ship.  Captain Dave Lowe commanding.

0603.01   The USS Eye of Ra changes it name to the ISS Archangel and is now a mirror universe ship.  Captain Darrell Morrison commanding.

0603.09   Commander Matt Richmond resigns as Genesis Station commander.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0603.25   The ISS MacArthur host the Genesis Fleet ship poker challenge.  The results were, in First place the ISS MacArthur, Second place the ISS Archangel, Third Place the IMV Drunken Warrior, Forth Place was the USS Victorious.  Thanks to all who participated.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0604.29   The USS Alliance NCC 1201-A is decommissioned.  The USS Alliance NCC 1201-B is commissioned and Captain Les Strawn is assigned as Captain.  Captain JJ Hill has been assigned as Genesis Station commander and promoted to the Rank of Branch Admiral.  Captain Dane Bohr is transferred to Fleet Adjutant.  Commander Amber McKnight is promoted to Captain and assigned as Chief of staff.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0608.30   The USS Starstalker NCC-2117-B is decommissioned and is removed from service with the Genesis Fleet. Captain Shane Wymer is transferred to Starfleet Operations to be resigned to another command. RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0609.11   The USS Talon NCC-1598 is commissioned and is assigned to the Genesis Fleet as a new fleet ship and is undergoing a shake down cruse.  Commander Ben Cameron commanding.

0610.29   It is my sad duty to report the Genesis Fleet loses a fine officer, Commander Bret Hill passes away.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0611.04  The USS Victorious NCC-40967-A completes it’s 11th year of service. RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0612.29  It is my sad duty again to report the Genesis Fleet has lost another fine member, Mellisa McQuarry-Pittman passes away.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0701.30   Captain Dave Lowe is reassigned to Starfleet command to duties outside of the Genesis Fleet. RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0702.06   Captain Amber McKnight retires as Chief of Staff. RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0702.07  The USS Talon NCC-1598 has completed it shake down cruse and the status has been changed to a fully operational fleet ship.  Commander Ben Cameron is promoted to Captain.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0711.04  The USS Victorious NCC-40967-A completes it’s 12th year of service. RADM Mark Anderson commanding.

0801.01- 1001.01  During this time period The following ships have been decommissioned USS Talon, USS Alliance, ISS Archangel, Genesis Station and the IMV Druken Warrior.  WIth the USS Victorious being the only remaining Fleet ship still in operation the Genesis Fleet will stand down as a Fleet until additional ships are assigned.  All Fleet Staff officers will be reassigned to other duties.  RADM Mark Anderson commanding.
